In Q1 2025, SFL saw the physical occupancy rate of its buildings in operation hold steady at 99.3%; its financial vacancy stood at 0.6%, assures the real estate company, which signed 6,400 m² of leases over the period studied, including 2,000 m² at Haussmann Saint-Augustin, for an average office rent of €1,000/m² and limited accompanying measures amounting to 14% of rents. "These transactions will have a positive impact on SFL's results as early as 2025," says the Group.
