The list of suitors is shrinking for 91 avenue des Champs-Élysées. While four potential buyers had been granted exclusivity byUrssaf, the owner of the premises, as part of a competitive due-diligence process, Business Immo has learned from corroborating sources that only three finalists are still in the running. These are players who know the famous Parisian thoroughfare inside out, or who have been in the news in recent months: management company Aroxys, Groupe Finamas and Foncière Renaissance.
