Quebec-based residential developer Groupe HD, in partnership with private equity firm Fondaction, acquired a former auto dealership at 1855 Dollard Ave. near the intersection of Newman Boulevard in Montreal's LaSalle borough. The developers plan to redevelop the former commercial site into a 155-unit multifamily residential project.
