SCPI Cristal Life, managed by Inter Gestion REIM, has signed a contract for a new office building in Saint-Fons, in the south of Lyon. With a surface area of 3,835 m², this asset was acquired for €8.9 million (AEM excl. VAT). It is occupied by the Adisseo group, a subsidiary of the international Blue Star group, which has signed a firm 12-year lease. The premises will be used to set up their research and innovation center.
