As indicated by Colliers France in its latest study on the Paris Region office market, prime rents in Paris CBD continued to rise in Q3 2024. A recent transaction illustrates this trend: that of Evercore, an American investment bank, which signed a Befa on 90 Courcelles with a rent of €1,200/m².
With this transaction, this office asset becomes the new prime reference in the Paris CBD. Located in the 8th arrondissement, the building has been owned since 2022 by the multi-family office Trustone REIM, which had signed it with a Middle Eastern investor. It is the former headquarters of the Neuflize private bank. It is being extensively restructured by Wilmotte & Associés.
