As revealed by sister publication Business Immo on March 27, JP Morgan SE has signed an agreement to lease 15,830 square metres, or approximately 170,000 square feet of office space, in the Marché Saint-Honoré, in Paris's 1st arrondissement. CBRE Investment Management, which is acting on behalf of a sponsored fund, confirmed this on Thursday in a press release.
