Zaka Investments, the private real estate arm of Pierre Bastid's family office, has arbitraged a luxury boutique in the heart of Venice, on one of the city's most shopping streets, Calle Larga XXIII Marzo. The 560 m² retail space is located on the ground and second floors of the historic Palazzo della Borsa, the former headquarters of the Venice Stock Exchange and Chamber of Commerce, built in 1926. It is leased by Brunello Cucinelli, an Italian luxury fashion brand, which inaugurated it last year.
