MOB Hotel sets down roots in Cannes

After Les Puces, in Saint-Ouen, and the Confluence district in Lyon, the MOB Hôtel is anchoring its new haven in Cannes, at 1 avenue de Lyon.
Surrounded by lush gardens and backing onto the village of Le Cannet, the 4-star hotel offers a unique beach destination experience, combining luxury, ecological commitment and social innovation.
With 43 carefully restored suites, the MOB Hôtel transforms a former residence in Le Cannet, taking care to preserve as much as possible of the existing features. In this space, nothing is left to chance: everything is renovated, rethought, with the watchword to enhance and restore. "As in Mediterranean traditions, as soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by a spring of water and its continuous flow," describes its founder, Cyril Aouizerate.
Every aspect of the hotel, from its design to its day-to-day operation, has been thought through to minimize its environmental impact and maximize its integration into the Cannes landscape.
The 43 suites break the mold of uniformity, giving each space its own identity. Yet within this diversity, the essence of MOB persists, embodied notably in bespoke wooden furnishings that carry the spirit of the place.
