In 2023, Foncière Renaissance distinguished itself by selling 37 Bellefond (9th arrondissement) and 73 rue de Miromesnil (8th arrondissement). This year, Foncière Renaissance made a major impact by acquiring 40 avenue George V, in Paris's 8th arrondissement, from a private investor. This mixed retail and office building is 65% leased to three tenants. Built on a 7-storey ground floor and four basement levels, it has a surface area of around 7,900 m².
