Last year, when announcing the launch of Aparto, its student residence operator business, Hines mentioned the acquisition of the Liberté 1 building - a 26,500m2 office building in Charenton-le-Pont that the group intended to transform into a residential complex - as well as a promise to acquire a student residence in Hauts-de-Seine. Eighteen months later, Business Immo has learned that the latter transaction has now been completed, with the American investor having acquired from Interconstruction in early September a mixed-use project combining a 17,400m2 student residence with 1,433m2 of retail space.
