Over the past few months, the Toulouse-based group, founded and chaired by Pascal Fenasse, has taken on a growing number of leases. Here in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, at 288 boulevard Saint-Germain (3,000 m²; with Generali Real Estate), in Toulouse, at 33 rue Charles-de-Rémusat (3,600 m²; with Courtois SAS), in Val d'Europe (14,500 m²; with Real Estate Development by Euro Disney) and in Sophia Antipolis, in the Ecotone program (7,000 m²; with La Compagnie de Phalsbourg).
"We have three projects in the pipeline for 2026", explained Pascal Fenasse on the BiTV stage at Mipim in March, referring in particular to his previously mentioned move into the historic heart of Toulouse.
"Operated offices are an alternative to leasing", he emphasized, again at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. "We're in a niche market that's just opening up. This business model is attracting a lot of real estate directors from large companies, who now want to delegate the complete management of their real estate product. I'm convinced that the operated office has a bright future ahead of it. We're leaders in the single-client market with a footprint of 60,000 m², which is not neutral; we'll be at 100,000 m² in three years' time."
