Troyes: 15th destination for Okko Hotels

Mission-driven Okko Hotels has just opened a 15ᵉ address in France, in Troyes, opposite the SNCF train station and just a few minutes' walk from the historic center. This opening is part of an urban regeneration project, supported by the national Action Cœur de Ville program. Extendam, Banque des Territoires and Okko Hotels have joined forces to acquire the building, which is being sold by Vinci Immobilier. The 3,500 m² building is part of an urban regeneration program that also includes a 140-room Student Factory student residence, a 109-apartment Ovelia senior residence and 750 m² of retail space.
