Goldman Sachs acquires stake in French hotel group

French upscale hotel group Chapitre Six, formerly Adresses Hôtels, today announced that Goldman Sachs has acquired a stake in its capital, enabling it to acquire new establishments ranging from 20 to 70 rooms, according to a press release. "Although a minority shareholding, this is a major step forward for Chapitre Six, which now employs almost 400 people and intends to capitalize on its expertise in operating high-end hotels," the group says.
