Yes, the empty office sales market in Paris and the Hauts-de-Seine is improving, both in terms of volume (56,928 m² in H1 2025; +20%) and number (125 transactions), but it remains at "lower levels" than the averages of previous years, notes Franck Dray, director of the empty office sales department at CBRE France. "It's a niche market. Year in, year out, empty office sales account for 10 to 15% of take-up. We have to admit that this market is holding up well, particularly for small and medium-sized spaces."
