Hence the creation of Hestia Investment Management, an investment and asset management company specializing in real estate transactions with high value-creation potential, whose articles of association were officially filed on May 23, 2023, "at an interesting time in the market", notes Emmanuel Schreder, who didn't want to leave this business "without having done some investing in the real sense of the term" - Claude Cayla was Chairman of the Bellecour real estate company in the past (1998-2001).
