Sharies sets up in Marseille

Coliving operator Sharies is continuing its expansion with the opening of a new residence in Marseille, scheduled to go on sale in early September. Located at 33 rue de la République, a stone's throw from the Old Port, the new residence is housed in a completely restructured Haussmann-style building. It offers 51 apartments, from studios to 7 rooms, divided between individual units and shared apartments, for students, young professionals, the self-employed, families and mobile workers.
