SCPI gross asset inflows reach €1.1 billion in Q1 2024 (Aspim/IEIF)

In Q1 2024, gross inflows to SCPIs totaled €1.1 billion, a volume close to that of Q3 and Q4 2023, according to the Association française des sociétés de placement immobilier(Aspim) and the Institut de l'épargne immobilière et foncière(IEIF), which have just published subscription statistics for SCPIs, OPCIs for the general public and non-trading property companies this quarter. Diversified" SCPIs accounted for 58% of gross inflows in Q1. They are ahead of SCPIs with a preponderance of "office" (21%), "health and education" (9%), "logistics and business premises" (6%) and "retail" (4%) properties. Finally, "residential" and "hotel, tourism and leisure" SCPIs accounted for 2% and 1% respectively of total subscriptions.
