The quarter was marked by several space closures, notably Industrious' closure of the space at 121 avenue de Malakoff operated by Welkin & Meraki, despite a firm nine-year lease running until 2027. In the same vein, WeWork's negotiations with its landlords have resulted in the future closure of 8 additional spaces, including the 5 single-occupant sites and the 12,300 sq.m XXL space at 104-106 boulevard Hausmann.
