Paris 9th: Danone to locate its world headquarters on the Hermione

Amundi Immobilier, on behalf of Crédit Agricole Assurances, has just signed an XXL rental deal in the ^9th arrondissement of Paris. The group has signed a ten-year lease with Danone, covering 11,090 sq.m. of the Hermione, i.e. 60% of the total surface area of this office building located at 59-61 rue La Fayette. " Philippe Amiotte, Director of Real Estate and Work Environment at Groupe Danone, explains: "We are delighted to have chosen this beautiful address, which fully meets our expectations in terms of the quality of its restructuring, surroundings, services and environmental performance.
