On the strength of one of the most emblematic logistics transactions of 2024 with the acquisition of a 77,000 m² warehouse in Corbas, Prologis returns to the Lyon market with a new investment. The American giant has taken over a program from developer em2c, a 25,313 m² courier platform located in the heart of the CargoPort zone at Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport, for which the official foundation stone will be laid today. According to our information, the operation represents an investment of €52 million.
