After investing nearly €159 million in 2024, the SCPI Immorente did not slow down the pace in the first half of 2025. This vehicle managed by the management company Sofidy has already deployed an envelope of nearly €121 million since the start of the financial year, i.e. around €25 million more than last year at the same
period.
During this semester, the SCPI, whose 78.8% of its assets are located in France, and 89.7% of which includes shops and offices, chose to make its largest investment in the hotel industry in Italy. Still abroad, Immorente is involved in two major transactions carried out by Sofidy in 2025. In detail, the SCPI contributed 17% to the acquisition of the shopping center. Stadshart Zoetermeer located near The Hague, in the Netherlands. This 59,000 m² GLA commercial complex was sold by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for €150 million excluding duties. She also invested an amount in excess of €20 million in another transaction in the United Kingdom. This operation concerns a 10,986 m² commercial complex, Warwickshire Retail Park, in Coventry. Du coliving et du commerce en France
In addition to these acquisitions abroad, SCPI Immorente also completed several signatures in France during the first half of 2025. In particular, it acquired three coliving assets located in the Île-de-France region, more precisely in Montreuil, L'Haÿ-les-Roses and Alfortville. These assets are all leased to the Belgian start-up Colive
.
It should be noted that the SCPI had already exposed itself to this asset class last year. She had signed four coliving residences, rented by Colive and the German company Habyt, located in Villejuif, Montreuil and Antony. Transaction amount: €5.9 million

Also in Île-de-France, but this time in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, this vehicle managed by Sofidy got hold of a 191 m² retail area rented by Benetton at 147 rue de Rennes. An address where the SCPI already had an asset of 256 m² rented by the ready-to-wear brand Caroll. An asset that she signed in 2006 for an amount excluding expenses of €2.8
million.
Finally, among the significant investments of this SCPI in the first half of 2025, it is necessary to take into account a Vefa signed in 2021. An off-plan of 2,348 m² of commercial units delivered this year to Place Charles-Béraudier in Lyon.
