Duval Group subsidiary changes name

A Groupe Duval subsidiary specializing in the construction of single-family homes, grouped housing and energy-efficient renovation, Maisons Demeurance has adopted a new identity: Groupe Batinéo. The name change "reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainability", assures Groupe Duval CEO Louis-Victor Duval, quoted in a press release. "As part of our drive to transform and adapt to new market expectations, this strategy is based on a diversification of activities that marks an essential step towards meeting the varied needs of our customers", he adds.
