Korn Ferry's new offices put to the test of creative frugality

For the lessee of an office space, the constraints can be considerable when it comes to fit-out. The redevelopment of office space, sometimes delivered as is, sometimes in a white shell, has a major impact on sustainable development. For, in all cases, how can we work with what already exists, rather than making a tabula rasa? This was the question posed by American company Korn Ferry to the architectural firm Gensler, which it commissioned to redesign its offices in Paris's Central Business District.
