Following a tender launched by theEPA Orsa - Grand Paris Aménagement and the City of Vitry-sur-Seine, the consortium comprising Groupe Duval, leader, and Bart-Patriarche, will create a new living space within the ZAC Gare Ardoines, in Vitry-sur-Seine (94). The nearly 20,000 m² project, comprising workspaces, a 3* lifestyle hotel, 140 residential units, local shops, business premises and a 230-space mobility center, will be positioned opposite the future Grand Paris Ardoines station, due to open in 2025.
