One of France's oldest real estate companies is about to leave the market. Or rather, to join another, on the other side of the Pyrenees, with a tenfold growth ambition. Société Foncière Lyonnaise, created in the days of Haussmann-style Paris by Crédit Lyonnais founder Henri Germain, has completed its merger with its main shareholder Colonial. Both companies have been listed on the Madrid stock exchange since October 1.
