A state-owned public administrative institution, advised by Tourny Meyer, has acquired over 1,200 m² of office space in the heart of the Atalante-ViaSilva district in Cesson-Sévigné, near Rennes. More precisely, within the Millennial Park program, developed by Bati Armor and Caisse d'Epargne Bretagne Pays-de-Loire, which will eventually total 31,000 m² of tertiary floor space.
