Translated from French.

Seven years after its first LBO with Qualium Investissement, Parella is at it again. Founded in 2009, the group signed a club deal in the middle of the summer as part of its second LBO. This operation marks the entry into the capital of three new reference partners (Société Générale Capital Partenaires, BRED Banque Populaire and Bpifrance) alongside the historic shareholders, who have all decided to recommit. This follows a competitive process - led by Adviso bank - which saw the three founding partners reinvest "significantly" and regain majority control, "affirming their long-term commitment", it is explained in a press release.
