Aestiam has announced plans to merge its SCPI Aestiam Cap'Hébergimmo with Aestiam Pierre Rendement. If approved by shareholders in June, the transaction will create a new entity, Aestiam Agora, with assets of nearly €470 million spread over 196 real estate assets.
