In a press release dated August 11, 2025, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) announced that it had withdrawn the authorization of portfolio management company Apicap. "On July 4, 2025, the AMF Board noted that Apicap, which managed several alternative investment funds (AIFs), no longer complied with the conditions of its authorization. Pursuant to Article L. 532-10 of the Monetary and Financial Code, it has therefore decided to withdraw Apicap's authorisation as a portfolio management company", it states.
