Polaris Operating Partners launches POP Advisory, a new consulting subsidiary

At the end of last year, three former directors of the French office of L'Étoile Properties (now Sienna Real Estate) launched an investment and asset management company, Polaris Operating Partners. The trio consists of Mathieu Vincent, Guillaume Unglik and David Codazzi. These seasoned professionals can look back on a number of investment and leasing transactions in recent years, including L'Aqueduc, a 40,000 m² complex in Gentilly recently delivered and partly pre-leased by the trio to the Infopro Digital group (12,500 m²) and the pharmaceutical laboratory Biocodex (7,500 m²), as well as Les Ateliers du Parc and 17 Hoche.
