AEW Patrimoine upgrades its SCPI Fructirégions Europe

"Our ambition for 2027 is to provide our distributors and future partners with a resolutely European SCPI that we would like to see become a benchmark in the market, both in terms of the quality of the assets held and the tenants, and in terms of its size", stresses Antoine Barbier, Managing Director of AEW Patrimoine, as he launches a new vehicle: the SCPI AEW Opportunités Europe, resulting from the metamorphosis of the SCPI Fructirégions Europe, one of its historic vehicles, which will receive the SRI label in 2023.
