As revealed by CoStar News at the beginning of May, Klépierre has acquired the Romaest shopping center in Rome from GIC. This deal, signed for around €260 million, representing a yield of 8.5% to 9% according to our confrères, "represents a further step in the Group's strategy to strengthen the quality of its portfolio while generating new cash flows", says the real estate company, via a press release.
