Private equity specialist Entrepreneur Invest, whose real estate division has already invested €125 million and financed over 70 projects since 2020, has just launched the FPCI Entrepreneurs Opportunités Immobilières, classified article 8 (SFDR). "We want to take advantage of the opportunities offered by a real estate market that is regaining momentum," emphasizes Frédéric Zablocki, Chairman of Entrepreneur Invest, quoted in a press release.
Son FPCI thus proposes "to benefit from this tense market in favor of buyers, and to take full advantage of capital gains sharing via equity investments for the financing of value-added real estate projects in France".
Support for real estate agents and residential property are at the heart of the FPCI's construction, with operations in major French cities, according to the press release.
The fund, which plans to limit its exposure to risk by limiting its positions to 20% per operator and by targeting around ten projects, will make its investments through SAS alongside property operators. It is open for subscription until December 31, 2024, and is available from €100,000, with a maturity of 6 years, extendable twice by one year. It is eligible for tax relief on capital gains and has a target net yield of 10% per annum.
