With the acquisition of 330 m² at 25 rue François-Ier, for €6.2 million excluding transfer duties, i.e. just under €19,000/m², the multi-family office specializing in asset management and real estate strategy has reaffirmed its attachment to the Central Business District, Both on its own account - as was the case for this transaction with La Française REM, acting on behalf of the SCPI Épargne Foncière - and for its private clients, "attracted by the returns offered by stone, a safe haven against inflation", analyses Managing Partner Benjamin Durand, interviewed by Business Immo.
