After two years of construction work, AM Alpha has completed the restructuring of 20 rue de la Banque, in the^2nd arrondissement of Paris. According to our information, the transaction enabled the German family office to sign a 9-year lease with French industrial group Anjac Health & Beauty, a manufacturer of cosmetics and healthcare products, for the entire 1,500 m2 of office space offered by the asset.
