Mata Capital IM raises over €85 million for its second value-added Alpha Opportunities II fund

Mata Capital IM has raised over €85 million for its diversified Alpha Opportunities II investment vehicle, which targets assets mainly located in Paris and Lyon, and is aiming for a portfolio of around ten assets, with unit values of between €5 and €20 million. In a market context that the management company considers "particularly favorable" for acquirers, the teams have recently secured a qualitative pipeline of four assets to be completed over the coming months. The first acquisition should be completed before the end of the subscription period, which runs until June 30, 2024. The larger transactions will be carried out as co-investments alongside private family groups and institutional investors, it is stated in a press release.
