At the end of September, SCI ViaGénérations, a homecare fund for senior citizens managed by Turgot Asset Management, had made 124 new acquisitions, representing a total investment of €145 million. It now holds 486 real estate assets in its portfolio, mainly located in Paris, the Île-de-France region and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.
