Each Præmia REIM vehicle has its own strategy. In Q1 2025, for example, the management company headed by Marc Bertrand began "implementing the arbitration plan" devised for its Primopierre SCPI, whose capitalization stood at €2.2 billion at March 31, compared with €3.2 billion a year earlier.
