Crédit Agricole Immobilier to acquire Nexity Property Management

Crédit Agricole Immobilier has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Nexity group with a view to acquiring its property management subsidiary, Nexity Property Management. In a press release, the two parties state that "the transaction has been approved by the employee representative bodies of Nexity Promotion Construction and Nexity Property Services". And that it remains "subject to the approval of the French competition authorities, with closing expected in the 4th quarter".
