According to our information, Colliers France now has a new Director of Strategy, Data & Innovation in the person of Richard Malle. Reporting to Antoine Derville, he replaces Magali Marton, who is preparing to take on a new challenge.

" Richard Malle will continue the work initiated by Magali Marton, who has decided to leave the company, and whom I would like to thank warmly for all the work she has done over the last three years to transform the company", confirms the Chairman of Colliers France, who is focused on pursuing phase 2 of the development of the consultancy business in France, as explained to Business Immo on October 17.

In concrete terms, Richard Malle is now in charge of the research, data and R&D teams. "We are convinced that his expertise and strategic vision of the markets will be invaluable assets in strengthening Colliers' position in France and providing valuable insights to our customers", emphasizes Antoine Derville.

Richard Malle began his career at BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2007, where he progressed to head up all research, data and innovation teams in Europe from 2021, before being appointed Vice President European Research at CoStar Group.

He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Paris Dauphine University, and is an associate professor at the Cnam and teaches real estate economics at the ICH in Paris. He is also a member of the ORIE Board of Directors, the IFPImm Scientific Council and the RICS.

Magali Marton's new challenge

Previously a member of the Colliers France board, Magali Marton has decided to leave the offices at 41 rue Louise-Michel, Levallois-Perret, where she had settled after 16 years with Cushman & Wakefield, to join those at Place Vendôme, Paris (1st), from where Knight Frank France operates.

According to corroborating sources, this research specialist, who began her career at Grecam in 1998, joins Vincent Bollaert's teams, replacing David Bourla, now Head of Research at Newmark France.

As a reminder, Magali Marton joined Colliers France in 2021, following in the footsteps of Antoine Derville and Ludovic Delaisse, with whom she had forged strong professional ties at DTZ, which became Cushman & Wakefield in 2015, where she spent a large part of her career as Head of Research for the EMEA zone.
