The Charte de la parité dans l'immobilier federates more and more

Mélanie Charpentier, Executive Director of Urban Land Institute France, signs the Charte d'engagement en faveur de la parité et de l'égalité professionnelle femmes-hommes dans les entreprises du secteur de l'immobilier. This charter is evolving and setting additional objectives for the next four years, aimed in particular at strengthening the recruitment and promotion of female talent, the visibility of women, training and mentoring, and the promotion of professions to future talent.
