Amcor Flexible Capsules Canada Inc., a division of global packaging firm Amcor that manufactures specialized screw caps for the wine and spirits market, agreed to lease two-thirds of a new industrial building set to begin construction at 877 Bernard Rue in the Montreal suburb of Granby.
