Sergic makes its mark on the future Canopia district in Bordeaux

With three years to go before the opening of Canopia in Bordeaux, future tenants are making themselves known. Following the signing of a 4-star Tribe hotel, operated by the Suitcase Hospitality group, and a lifestyle Wilde Aparthotels tourist residence with Staycity, Apsys today announced the arrival of two student residences, Twenty Campus and Agile, developed by the Sergic group, in one of France's largest private real estate projects, with 70,000 m² of refurbished space on nearly 4 ha between Saint-Jean station and the Garonne River.
