The French Minister of Culture, Rachida Dati, has just awarded the 1 immeuble, 1 œuvre 2025 prize to three exemplary projects in the program:
- Paisaia, a bas-relief in cut and painted wood by Koralie Carmen Flores, commissioned by AFC Promotion, in Biarritz (Nouvelle-Aquitaine);
- Objet 10 by Hugo Servanin, an enamelled stoneware work created with artificial intelligence, commissioned by Covivio, in Courbevoie (Île-de-France);
- Le Secret by Nathalie Talec, a polyurethane sculpture commissioned by social landlord Seqens, in Bobigny (Île-de-France).
