Paref Gestion's SCPIs continue to arbitrate

Last year, Paref Gestion took the strategic decision to renew its SCPI range. The management company created Paref Prima, a new vehicle resulting from the merger of Novapierre Allemagne 2 into Novapierre Allemagne, Paref Hexa (formerly Interpierre France) and Paref Evo (formerly Interpierre Central Europe). A decision whose motivations were detailed by Anne Schwartz, Paref's Deputy Managing Director and CEO of Paref Gestion, to BiTV on September 10, 2024.
