Another step forward for Greystar in France

The first residence owned by Greystar in France has been completed. Acquired in 2023 from Freo Group and Veld Capital, who had entrusted the project to Nexity and Bouygues Construction, the residence, named Lilo and operated under the Canvas brand, is located at 60, avenue du Général de Gaulle in Puteaux, and offers 644 apartments ranging from studio to T3, spread over 12 levels. Covering 14,400 m² of living space, with over 2,000 m² of common areas, it "symbolizes Greystar's ambition to establish a long-term presence in France", emphasizes Laurent Chaillou, Chief Operating Officer of Greystar France.
