A local investor/developer recently acquired the Phipps-McKinnon Building in downtown Edmonton for $11.25 million. The price works out to just under $60 per square foot, including the retail portion of the complex leased to a pair of local restaurants, Sorrentino’s and Sherlock Holmes.
