Paris 8th: a co-investment fund takes over 3 rue de la Boétie

Mapfre, via Mapfre Inmuebles, and Swiss Life, through several Swiss Life Group entities, have integrated two assets into their real estate co-investment vehicle for almost €140m: 12 de l'Avenida de Burgos in Madrid has been acquired by a pan-European vehicle that the two groups launched in 2021, expanding the portfolio composed of prime assets located mainly in Milan, Madrid and Brussels. 3 rue la Boétie in Paris was signed by the second fund that the two groups created in 2018 and which currently comprises nine assets, located in Paris and the Île-de-France region.
