Greystar now has exposure to eight European markets following the acquisition of a portfolio of 1,758 student beds in Copenhagen, Denmark. The property was owned by Urban Partners' real estate arm, Nrep, acting on behalf of its NSF-II fund. The deal would be worth around €350m.
