After leasing the entire Hôtel Scipion Sardini to the EDH group, GDG Investissements sold the usufruct of the campus' social student residence. It was sold to the social landlord Toit et Joie - Poste Habitat under the Usufruit locatif social (ULS) scheme. Poste Habitat's portfolio for Parisian students has thus been expanded by 33 units, with an additional apartment for the janitor, a laundry room and a bicycle room.
